Shipping is available only within the Contiguous United States.
We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or legal holidays.
Order cutoff: Orders placed by 1:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) ship the same business day. Orders
placed after 1:00 PM ET ship the next business day.
Complete Orders + Backorders
We ship orders complete (all items together). While we work hard to maintain consistent
inventory, an item may occasionally be backordered. If your order includes a backordered item,
the entire order will ship once all items are available.
Most backorders are fulfilled within 3–5 business days.
If your order will be delayed, we’ll notify you by email.
Expedited Shipping

Overnight shipping is available.
2-day shipping may be available depending on your location.
Expedited shipping costs vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.
Expedited cutoff: Expedited orders placed by 1:00 PM ET ship the same business day. Orders
placed after 1:00 PM ET ship the next business day.
Weekend/holiday note: Carriers typically do not move expedited shipments on weekends or
holidays. For example, an overnight order placed Friday before 1:00 PM ET ships Friday, but may
arrive Monday.
If you need to expedite an order after it’s already been placed, contact us as soon as possible.

30-Day Return & Exchange Window
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 30 days from the date
you receive your item to request a return or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• In the same condition you received it
• Clean, unworn/unused, and unopened (when applicable)
• With tags (if applicable)
• In the original packaging
Shipping & Handling
Customers are responsible for all shipping, handling, and related costs for returns or
exchanges. AMEQUS is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our
error.
Returns
RMA Required
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested within 30 days of
delivery by contacting AMEQUS Customer Service. Returns sent without an RMA number will
not be accepted.
